Delivery guarantee conditions

MENUVENU acts as online agent and passes orders to its partner restaurants who are responsible for all aspects of servicing and delivery the order.  Our partner restaurants offer the guarantee with the following conditions:-

  1. Applies to participating restaurants only, as marked on the menuvenu app or website

  2. Where items require extra time for cooking, such as tandori meat in an Indian meal, then an extension time might be required. 

  3. The delivery location must be within 3km of the restaurant

  4. The order must contain full and accurate address details including Google map co-ordinates using the menuvenu app or web browser, a Thai mobile number and email address

  5. Any claim on the offer must show order time and proof of non-arrival.

  6. Driver will take dated and time picture of address and delivery

  7. Customer must sign acceptance of the order

  8. Offer applies only to orders delivered by restaurant employees. Orders delivered by a 3rd party logistics company are not currently included.

  9. Claims must sent to menuvenu head office by email to

  10. Claims will be considered within 48 hours

  11. Successful claims will get a replacement meal credit to the value of the meal ordered to a maximum of ฿1000

  12. Menuvenu’s decision is final and there is no appeal

  13. To qualify there is a minimum order of 350 baht
